Has a network of child and youth mental health centres with 4,000 professionals ready to help children, youth and families with free counselling and treatment (in person, on the phone and virtually).

ConnexOntario (24 hour access)

ConnexOntario provides service information for people experiencing problems with gambling, drugs, alcohol, or mental health. Helpful, supportive system navigation specialists answer all calls, emails or web chat requests 24/7.

The Cundill Centre has developed a series of tools to help bridge the gap between research and practice in the field of child and youth depression.
