Perinatal Health & Well-Being
The resources below are dedicated to providing information to healthcare providers who are supporting individuals during the perinatal period and for those struggling with perinatal mental health challenges, such as anxiety and/or depression.
Ask Masi
The Ask Masi is a free service for perinatal care providers, including obstetricians, family doctors, midwives, nurse practitioners, and public health nurses. Their goal is to support you in identifying and addressing your patients' mental health needs by answering your questions and providing you with recommendations and resources. Additionally,
physicians and nurse practitioners can speak with a perinatal psychiatrist about a specific patient or client in real-time. The perinatal psychiatrist will provide coaching and consultation on screening, assessing, diagnosing, and starting treatment for your patient.
